The build of an e-commerce platform in a start up with a 100-year-old history
Once upon a time….. This is a story of how a company with more than 100 years of history changed into a startup called Signify. With a big desire to build a new E-commerce platform to align with their new mission; selling solutions and services.
Big changes are usually no fairytales and come with a lot of battles, kings/queens and journeys that are not without danger, but also a happy end. In this session we will give you some insights in the battles that took place, how we have managed them but also show our IT innovations in the area of revenue billing, commerce and cloud platform that will support our mission as Signify moving towards selling solutions and services. Because every fairytale ends with…. And they lived happily ever after!
