Lawrence currently works both with clients and within SAP to shape and execute the SuccessFactors Upgrade2Success program. He brings his experiences into engagements to help customers to both overcome the challenges of migration and to realise the benefits from transforming from on-premise HCM to the SAP SuccessFactors Cloud.

BACKGROUND | EXPERIENCE
Lawrence brings over 25 years of software experience to his role both executing and leading technology transformations, primarily in the Cloud. Lawrence has been with SAP for almost a decade and originally joined through the acquisition of Ariba. Within SAP he has held multiple leadership position in both the sales and delivery of professional services. He has recently led the Cloud services sales portfolio SAP SuccessFactors Cloud and for all SAP Cloud lines of business for EMEA as well as specialty lines of business such as Innovation and Premium Engagements. Prior to SAP and Ariba, Lawrence worked with several established and start-up software companies in leadership positions within sales and consulting. Prior to technology work, Lawrence was a banker.

EDUCATION | OTHER INTERESTING INFORMATION
Lawrence originated from the East Coast of the Unites States although he has lived in the UK for almost 15 years. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Gettysburg College and an M.B.A. from Villanova University.
